Welcome to Jeuje® Online Membership, where professionalism meets simplicity. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") serve as the framework for your access to Jeuje® online membership platform (the "Platform") www.jeuje.me and the services it provides. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions effective the date you submitted your membership application. We encourage you to read them thoroughly before proceeding.
1. Definitions

Jeuje®: Refers to Jeuje® LLC, a corporate limited liability company.

Platform: Our online membership portal accessible through our website and mobile application.

Member(s): Individuals or businesses whose application has been verified and approved. Following approval, a Reservation fee will be required along with a monthly membership fee.

Service Provider(s): Beauty Artists and Wellness Professionals that have been endorsed, vetted and verified to offer services through Jeuje® Platform.

Customer(s): Trusted clientele that have been either

referred and approved by Jeuje® Service Provider,
-
referred and approved by a Jeuje® Executive, or
-
has applied to Jeuje® directly, been vetted and approved.

Service Tags: the services offered by our Independent Artists and Wellness Professionals
2. Membership Eligibility

To become a Member, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legal contract.

You must provide accurate and current information during the registration process.

If you are using the Websites or Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind the business to these Terms, the Additional Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other related or pertinent agreements. The applicable business agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Jeuje® and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Websites or Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys’ fees. If you do not have such authority, you will be held individually liable for all actions taken under your user ID.

In order to protect the quality of the Jeuje® experience, we may put your membership application on a wait list while we ramp up our services across the globe. We do hold to keeping you informed every step of the way.
3. Membership and Account

Your Jeuje® membership is non-transferable and for your personal use only.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account.

Jeuje® may suspend or terminate your membership and access if we suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
4. Privacy and Security

Protecting your privacy and security is a top priority. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal information.

Avoid sharing personal or sensitive information with other Members or Service Providers unless necessary for transactions.

Report any unauthorized or suspicious activities promptly.
5. Service Providers: Independent, Multi Staff Operators, Multi Location Operators
5. 1 Service Provider Services (Applies to all Service Providers & Users)

Jeuje® connects Members with Service Providers in the luxury beauty service industry.

Service Providers are responsible for their services, quoting, pricing, and availability.

Jeuje® verifies all Members however, do not guarantee the quality of Service Provider services. Members should review Service Provider reviews and exercise due diligence.
5.2 User Accounts (Applicable only Multi-Staff Operators and Multi-Location Operators)
User Registration and Accounts
In order to access or use some of the Websites or Services, you must first register and create an individual account for yourself or a business for such Website or Service (each a “User Account”).
By creating a User Account, you agree that:

You are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or twenty-one (21) years of age, as applicable) and able to form a legally binding contract;

You have not previously been suspended from using our Website or Services or, if you have previously been suspended, it was a temporary suspension that has now expired;

You will not register a username (or email address) that (a) is already being used by someone else; (b) may impersonate another person; (c) belongs to another person; (d) violates the intellectual property or other right of any person or entity; or (e) is offensive. We may reject the use of any password, username, or email address for any reason in our sole discretion;

You will provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information about yourself in connection with the registration process and will maintain and update it continuously and promptly to keep it accurate, current, and complete;

You will not post libelous content or create false or misleading reviews or posts;

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, password, and username—whether or not you authorized the activity;

You will not sell, transfer, assign, or provide a copy of, your account, account rights, user ID, password, API keys, menu embed code, or other credentials or access rights (the “Protected Information”) for any of the Websites or Services to any other person or entity. You must keep all of your Protected Information in strict confidence. You are solely responsible for doing so and for restricting access to your account so that others may not access any password-protected portion of the Websites or Services using your Protected Information;

You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your Protected Information, or any other breach of security;

You will not share or allow any third party to utilize your account on your behalf or on a time share basis;

You will not create more than one account unless specifically authorized to do so;

You will not use Protected Information of others;

You will not manipulate the price of any item or interfere with any other user’s listings, reviews, and products;

You will not take any action that may undermine the feedback or ratings systems of the Websites or Services;

You will not interfere with or disrupt any Website processes, servers, or networks supporting the Websites and/or Jeuje;

You will not use any robot, spider, scraper, survey, monitor, or other automated or similar means to access any web page or other asset contained in the Websites, Services, or Website Content (as defined below) for any purpose;

You will not bypass our robot exclusion headers, interfere with the working of our Services, features, or tools, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;

You will not export or re-export any Jeuje application or tool except in compliance with the export control laws of any relevant jurisdictions and in accordance with all relevant posted rules and restrictions;

You will not export any Website Content out of the jurisdiction in which it is intended or displayed;

You will not access the Websites or Services in order to build a similar or competitive Website or Service;

You will not circumvent any technical measures we use to provide Services; and
-
You will not assist any third party with any prohibited conduct above.
User Preferences
We may offer you the ability to set preferences relating to your User Account, but changes to your settings may not become effective immediately or may contain errors, and options may change from time-to-time. Jeuje assumes no responsibility or liability for any issues, problems, or Content (as defined below) on your User Account.
6. Membership Fees and Payments

Monthly Membership fees will be accessible within jeuje.me, I’m a Business or I’m a Customer.

You agree to promptly pay all associated fees through auto-pay by submitting your preferred payment method during registration.

Jeuje® reserves the right to adjust membership fees, with advance notice provided with one exception.

Exception:

For Service Providers that reserve their membership,
Jeuje® will honor the pre-launch monthly membership prices for the life of the Service Provider's Active Membership.
7. Termination

Jeuje® may terminate or suspend your membership and access at our discretion.

You may terminate your membership at any time by contacting Jeuje® customer support.
-
Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations or other liabilities.
8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between Members and Service Providers should be resolved directly between the parties.

Jeuje® may assist in dispute resolution but is not obligated to do so.
-
Disputes involving Jeuje® are subject to arbitration in accordance with our dispute resolution process.
9. Limitation of Liability

Jeuje® is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from Platform use or interactions with Service Providers.

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Changes to Terms

From time to time, Jeuje® may make changes to these Terms, the Additional Terms, or the Privacy Policy. When we make material changes, we will do our best to notify you by email, push notification, or in-app notification, or a prominent notice on our Websites.

Continued use of any of the Websites or Services following such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
11. Liability Release

By using the Jeuje® Platform, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your interactions with Service Providers and other Members. You hereby release Jeuje®, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, demands, and damages, whether known or unknown, arising from or in any way connected with such interactions.
13. Referring Customers

As a valued Member, you can refer individuals, referred to as "Customers," to join our community and enjoy the benefits.

Customers may access services from jeuje.me and become Members.

Detailed referral terms, rewards, and eligibility criteria will be provided separately and complement these Terms and Conditions.
